What is Personal Account?
The Personal Account is a PrePaid account.
This account can be replenished with a bank card with a minimum amount of 20 lei (restriction related to the procedures of the VictoriaBank operator)
Replenishment of the Personal Account is carried out using a bank card, which means that no charging session of your car will be paid directly from a bank card, but exclusively through the Personal Account of your Account.
EV Point does not require recurring payments and does not have access to your bank card details. This data is processed directly by the operator (VictoriaBank) on its secure page. The transmitted information contains ONLY the amount of replenishment of the Personal Account.
How can I add resources to my Personal Account?
At the moment, it is possible to top up your personal account with financial means only through bank cards.
To top up the account, you need to access the «Top up account» button in your personal account and fill in the information requested by the payment operators.
Top-up of the account is carried out through authorized payment operators, the entered information is not saved and is not an instrument of recurring payments.
What are the tariffs?
Updated tariffs can be found here on the website in the "tariffs" section. Accrual rates are also available in your personal account at each location. The price displayed when a download session starts is the price used for that session, even though there may be situations where the price changes over time.
Can the rates differ from one location to another?
The national network of EV Point stations includes both our own charging stations and stations of our partners displayed in the EV Point network. Therefore, the rates may differ from one location to another depending on the decision of the partners.
Newly opened stations usually have a short duration where the fare is 0 (zero). From here please check the station tariff in the app before starting the charging session.
I was charged incorrectly. How do I get my money back?
If such a situation was possible, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please contact the Support Service and our team will make every effort to eliminate the deficiency and return the financial resources.
Is it possible to charge EV without having a personal account?
For the moment no. We strive to make the EV charging experience much more enjoyable, but today without having a personal account you will not be able to launch a charging session.
